U.S. Consulate in Basra: To Maintain Security and Stability Provides a Good Opportunity for Investors to Implement Their Projects

Confirmed the U.S. consulate in Basra that the stability of the security situation in the province, provides a good opportunity for investors and entrepreneurs implement their projects which, while management has renewed its commitment to maintain contracts with international companies sober in order to ensure the implementation of projects at the required level.
He said the U.S. consul in Basra, Matthias Mtman, in an interview to the (long-Presse), if there is a “U.S. companies many working in Basra, currently, both in the field of oil and gas or ports or monument, surveillance cameras in a number of areas of the province or project management,” calling investors and businessmen Americans to “come to Basra and implementation of construction projects and development and service as being the stable security.”
In its turn, revealed the management of Basra for its commitment to contracting with a reputable international companies to implement projects to maintain the required level.
The deputy chairman of the Planning Commission and reconstruction in the office of the province of Basra, Abbas Maher, in an interview to the (long-Presse), said that “Basra headed towards contracting with international companies sober in the management of construction projects and services, to ensure the implementation of the required level,” noting that “the contract was with American International Advisory Company to manage projects in the province of initial detection until implementation.”
The Maher, that “the management of Basra require international companies that have experience of not less than 15 years in the implementation of construction projects, and not least its capital for 200 million dollars,” pointing out that “a lot of global companies implement service projects large in Qzai Zubair, (30 km west of the city of Basra), and Qurna, (60 km west of Basra).”
